Is it free to list properties?

Yes! Listing standard rental properties is completely free. We also offer premium features like "Boost Ad" to help your property get rented faster by displaying it at the top of search results.

How do I contact a landlord or agent?

You can contact a property owner or agent by clicking the "Call" or "Chat" buttons on their property page. Always remember to follow our Safety Tips when arranging viewings.

My listing was rejected. Why?

Listings may be rejected if they violate our Terms & Conditions. Common reasons include: duplicate listings, misleading photos, or inappropriate content. Check your email for specific details or contact support.

How do I delete my account?

If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please contact our support team at support@mpangaji.com. We will process your request within 7 business days.
