To use certain features (like listing a property), you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree not to list properties that:

• Do not exist or are not available for rent.
• Contain misleading information or photos.
• Violate local housing laws or regulations.
• Include offensive or inappropriate material.

We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms.

4. Rental Transactions

Mpangaji acts as a marketplace to connect tenants with landlords and agents. We are not a party to the actual lease agreement or transaction. We do not guarantee the condition of properties or the conduct of any user.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mpangaji shall not be liable for any disputes between tenants and landlords, or any indirect damages arising from the use of our service.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tanzania.
